Arbaaz Khan criticizing 'Dabangg' over Shobhaa De: A critical review of Dabangg by Shobhaa De hasn’t gone down well with the movie’s producer Arbaaz Khan. If an acerbic volley of tweets after the release of I Hate Luv Storys by its actress and director wasn’t enough, this time it’s Arbaaz writing off the famous socialite and film critic Shobhaa De yet again.
Though Shobhaa hasn’t panned the movie she has made a few scathing comments on the film, especially about the scene when Salman’s shirt rips off just by the intensity of his anger. Shobhaa writes, “The one scene that really and truly created history and will go down as an astonishing cinematic moment is the one of Salman Khan’s shirt tearing, popping and flying off his back… all by itself!”
Using his Twitter handle, Arbaaz retorts in a series of tweets, “Shobha De writes a lot of s**t about Salman and Malaika. Her claim to fame is marrying some rich industrialist. I'm not sure if its 3 or 4. Mr De hold on to your money or Shobha at 60 can still compete with Elizabeth Taylor. One thought that age makes you wiser but unfortunately its not happening in the case of Shobha who is 60.”
If you think this comment is too rash, read Arbaaz’s second tweet, “This idiotic woman had recently said ban Dabangg. Who the hell is she? Is she the law? She's a frustrated sleaze writer.”
