PapaZao Gets Sole Custody of Brit Kids

That settles it. Kevin Federline is to receive sole custody of his children with troubled singer Britney Spears in a new agreement expected to get court approval on Friday, the "PopoZao" rapper's lawyer has revealed.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's attorney, told E! News that the former couple have signed the agreement, which gives the aspiring rapper legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Spears will continued to have visitation rights.

"The case has been settled," Kaplan said. "The court still has to approve it." Both camps are due in court on Friday.

The agreement means the case won't go to court.

"As of this evening there is a fully executed deal memo ... All the issues that would have been addressed at trial have been settled," Kaplan told E! News. "Can't speak to the exact terms of the deal. Orders in place ... will stay in place."

It's unclear if Spears will receive increased visitation with her kids. She currently enjoys two visits and one overnight per week. A source close to Spears told PEOPLE that the singer will likely get increased visitation right over time.

"Until the kids turn 18, we can expect in years to come that Britney and Kevin will be back in court," says L.A. family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. "Britney will have a better chance of winning more custody once she regains her health. This is just the end of Round One."

Britney Spears burns through $15 million in a year

BRITNEY Spears may have made $15.5 million dollars last year, but the pop princess has managed to spend as much as she earns.
In the 11 months to December 31 2008, Spears managed to burn through a whopping $13.5 million.

The 27-year-old pop star is well-known for her diva antics and extravagant lifestyle, but only since she lodged an expense account in court did anyone know just how much of a big spender she is.

Spears spends $1.23 million a month, reports London's Daily Mail.

And she spends more on security and staff than she does on the care of her two young sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

The singer spent more than $600,000 on security, but despite having a $122 million fortune only spent $240,000 on her children.

Spears spent the bulk of her income last year on legal fees. And a significant chunk of cash was given to ex-husband Kevin Federline to cover his family court costs.

The pair had battled for custody of their children as part of a bitter divorce, with Federline eventually being awarded them in his full care.

Her annual general living expenses are in excess of $182,000, which likely includes hefty bills for her diet and exercise regimes. There is no breakdown in the legal documents but sources close to the star have revealed she spends more than $10,000 a month on staying in shape.
